We are a small family run business in Melbourne, Australia, working hard to make connections between you, and the talented creators in Japan that we are showcasing on our website.

As all of our items are handcrafted by each individual artist, our ordering process can differ depending on the item being purchased, and shipping times can vary between items (ranging from a few days to a few weeks).

Our partners will either be displaying items that they have in stock at the time of ordering, or items that are made on demand. After you place your order, we will confirm the status of the item and let you know the lead time. At this point, if you are unhappy with the lead time we can cancel and refund your order.

In general, we will be able to process and confirm your order within 3 days.

Once we have confirmed your order, we will be able to provide you with a delivery estimate, and we will provide updates on the status of your order throughout the process.

All items incur a flat rate shipping fee that is determined based on the size, weight, and fragility of the item. Usually between $20 and $60, and this will be displayed at checkout.

The shipping time will vary between destinations but will generally be around one week from ordering (or when the item has been made) to Australian Capital Cities (except Darwin which may take a little longer). Tracking will be provided for all orders.
